La statua (bellissima e perfetta nei particolari), per problemi tecnici è arrivato in ritardo rispetto alla data di consegna prevista. Il ritardo è stato compensato dallo staff con l'invio senza costi aggiuntivi della statua da 24 cm invece che di 16 cm come da mio ordine. Staff molto disponibile e cortese.
