Reproduction on canvas of the fresco that emerged in the archaeological excavations of Stabiae (Castellammare di Stabia) preserved in the national archaeological museum of Naples.

Found in the Villa Arianna together with the frescoes of Flora, Medeaand Leda, that of Diana strong>dates back to the 1st century and was made in the third style. The bright colors and delicate pose show the Goddess of the Hunt while drawing her bow, depicted in profile on a blue background.
